SILOS AND BUNKERS : Fairport Process Equipment engineers, manufactures and constructs silos and bunkers to allow appropriate material storage and flow between unit processes. Single stand-alone, nested or integrated units are available and are manufactured from coated mild steel or stainless steel, with dimensions and fittings carefully selected to address the particular application. Fittings and dischargers can also be provided as required. Mobile hoppers are also available for quayside applications.

BELT CONVEYORS : Fairport Process Equipment designs, supplies and installs belt conveyors to suit clients’ particular applications. Units are manufactured from coated mild steel or stainless steel, with widths, lengths, fittings and covers provided to suit the particular application. Trippers, Stackers and Shuttle conveying systems can also be provided, as well as specialist ‘plough’ applications.

BUCKET ELEVATORS : Fairport Process Equipment engineers and supplies bespoke bucket elevators manufactured to client’s or in-house specifications. Machines can be constructed from either mild or stainless steel and include single belt, twin leg type, chain and bucket and twin chain and bucket types.

SCREW CONVEYORS : Fairport Process Equipment can engineer and provide a wide range of screw conveyors, that includes single span screws up to 12m long without internal bearings. Twin screw silo dischargers, ribbon screws, paddle mixers and water-jacketed screw conveyors can also be supplied.

PROPRIETARY MACHINES : Fairport Process Equipment designs and engineers certain specialist machines for specific applications; such as Mobile Un-Loading Hoppers, Mobile Stackers and Reception/Bagging Hoppers.
